Your logo method should complement the artwork instead of forcing it into a process that loses detail. Embroidery, patches and print each create a different texture, cost profile and production workflow.
When embroidery is the right fit
Embroidery gives a durable, dimensional finish for simple marks and bold lettering. Keep fine lines and very small type under control, especially on curved front panels where stitch density can affect the final shape.
Why patches add flexibility
Woven, leather and silicone patches can preserve more intricate marks and create a premium contrast with the base fabric. They are also useful when the cap fabric is lightweight or has a surface that is not ideal for dense stitching.
Test the logo at production scale
Review the actual size, placement and thread or patch color on a cap sample. A logo that looks perfect on a screen can need small adjustments once it is placed on a three-dimensional product.
