What is your minimum order quantity?+
MOQ depends on the cap style, fabric, color count and decoration method. Standard custom orders usually start from 100 pieces per color, while more complex programs may require a higher MOQ.
How long does sampling take?+
A standard sample normally takes 7-10 days after artwork, materials and specifications are confirmed.

Yes. Pattern development is available when reference samples, measurements or technical drawings are provided.
Can you develop our own cap shape or pattern?+
Yes. We can develop a custom pattern when you provide reference samples, measurements, drawings or a clear design brief. A development sample is recommended before bulk production.

Yes. Pricing is based on quantity, construction, fabric, decoration and packing requirements. Larger orders usually get better unit pricing.
What is the normal bulk production lead time?+
Standard production is commonly 25-45 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order complexity and factory capacity.
Is the sample fee refundable?+
Sample fee policies depend on the project and order volume. Your quotation will state whether a credit is available.
